This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers, solving problems, and ensuring smooth, compliant HR operations.You’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and supporting HR programs across the organization.**What You’ll Do*** Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.* Lead full-cycle recruiting for staff-level roles and support hiring for select management positions.* Prepare and process new hire paperwork; maintain HRIS employee records.* Coordinate new hire onboarding and monthly orientation events.* Support compensation activities, including pay analysis and performance review reminders.* Maintain personnel and recruiting files in compliance with legal and corporate standards.* Assist with college recruiting initiatives and event coordination.* Prepare separation documents and conduct exit interviews.* Manage HR reporting, data entry, and HR projects as needed.* Assist with employee relations matters and escalate issues appropriately.* Support special projects such as acquisitions, audits, employee events, and process improvements.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 2+ years of HR experience.* Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.* Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.* Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.* *HR-related certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.***Working Conditions*** Occasional overtime may be required.* Frequent computer work; ability to remain seated for extended periods.* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.* Up to 50% travel, primarily between assigned locations.At TMHCC, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative HR team that values professionalism, continuous improvement, and strong support for employees and leaders.
