Electrical Field Service Technician

Position Summary Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair wastewater booster pumps and pump systems on site at customers’ locations.
Responsibilities
Perform field testing, inspection, equipment startup, and operating performance of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
Replace packing, mechanical seals, bearings in motors, pumps, blowers, and generators and other mechanical equipment.
Perform motor and pump alignment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, etc.
Assist with the removal and reinstallation of customer pumps and equipment.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on customers’ equipment and systems.
Document necessary information on work orders such as pump information, motor information, cause of failure, parts required, description of problem.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with CRM database for client management.
Knowledge and adherence to job site safety (OSHA).
Valid Driver’s License required.
Mandatory pre‑employment drug screen.
Pay $25 - $35 per hour
