is seeking a skilled Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood, ensuring our customers' needs are met. This piece‑rate position rewards increased production.
Hourly Pay:
$14.00/hr. plus piece rate.
Shift(s):
1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Location:
4847 Blaffer St., Houston, TX 77026.
Responsibilities
Receive wood from saw shop and assemble with nail gun along set stringers.
Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to relocate.
Follow all safety procedures to protect self and others.
Maintain high quality standards while achieving high volume of finished goods.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing ~50 lb. regularly.
Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, or similar preferred.
Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
Effective communication skills.
Availability to work overtime as needed.
