City of Plano . The City of Plano Parks and Recreation Department’s Park Services Division is seeking a Park Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Sports Turf Maintenance Team. This position is responsible for maintaining competitive‑level sports turf and supervising a skilled team that includes licensed irrigators, equipment operators, chemical application technicians, and field maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, high‑level performance, and innovative problem‑solving. This role also oversees contractors and works collaboratively with the Park Support Team, Athletic Sports Turf Maintenance Team, and Park Irrigation Team. Schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 6:15 am – 3:30 pm. This schedule is subject to change. Staff team supports athletic tournaments on weekends; supervisor is not required to be on site but would need to be available as support as needed.
