Financial Affairs Associate III – provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit. Review requests, determine appropriateness with institutional requirements and regulations, assist with budget and account maintenance and reconciliation, review requisitions, order equipment and supplies, collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed.
Responsibilities
Processes financial transactions accurately and timely.
Prepares and analyzes financial reports for management.
Assists in budget preparation and monitoring.
Ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Provides support during audits and financial reviews.
Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provides training and support to staff regarding financial software and processes.
Conducts cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, or other financial assessments for new projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Hourly Rate: $15.45
