Responsibilities
Serve as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk in Pasadena, CA.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to manage data effectively.
Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision and accuracy.
Work in a professional environment, maintaining high standards of performance and conduct.
Participate in immediate interviews, as the client is looking to hire without delay.
Commit to a long‑term temporary role with full‑time hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven experience in using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Financial experience with accounts payable and receivable is required.
Ability to thrive in a professional and fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to commit to a long‑term temporary position.
Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
