Hybrid – onsite office Tue‑Thu during work hours, work from home Mon & Fri. Daily shift 8:00 AM –5:00 PM.
Job Description
The main function is to perform analysis on automotive sales, pricing, and incentives, identifying data insights, developing reports, and presenting findings to management.
Analyze large data sets from multiple sources; identify trends and compile data into meaningful charts and graphs.
Understand and present the data story, adapting the message for different audiences.
Advance technical expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
Creativity from a PowerPoint perspective.
Solid understanding of microeconomics (preferred); grasp supply‑demand relationships, price/incentive impact on consumer behavior, elasticity calculations.
Prior experience with automotive sales, product and/or incentive pricing data is a plus.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Reporting & Presentation
Provide regular reporting (e.g., updates on EV tax credit changes 1–2 times per week).
Deliver standard recurring reports as needed.
Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision‑making.
Prepare and present data‑driven insights to internal leadership concisely and impactfully.
Role and Growth Opportunities Role may be extended based on performance and budget availability. Potential for direct engagement based on performance.
