Tax Accountant – CPA or CPA Eligible | Small, Growing Firm | Base Salary + Incentives
We’re looking for an
experienced Accountant (3–5 years)
who is
CPA eligible or already licensed
to join a
well‑established, family‑owned CPA firm
with a collaborative team environment and strong opportunities for growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and partners on:
Preparing and reviewing
financial statements
and
corporate tax returns
Conducting
tax research
and
tax planning
for a variety of businesses
Occasionally assisting with clients in other industries (usually one‑off engagements for long‑term relationships and referrals)
You’ll be part of a
tight‑knit team of seven accountants and three partners —a great long‑term growth opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility over time.
