We’re looking for an
Accountant
who’s ready to take ownership of
cash management
and
general ledger accounting
processes. If you have a solid foundation in
GAAP , strong analytical skills, and a passion for accuracy, this is your chance to join a collaborative team and grow your expertise in
full-cycle accounting ,
bank reconciliations , and
SAP systems .
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
full cycle accounting
process, including preparation and reconciliation.
Review and validate
journal entries
for accuracy prior to submission.
Investigate and resolve
reconciling items
and outstanding issues promptly.
Compile and analyze financial data; prepare
adjusting entries
as needed.
Reconcile
General Ledger Balance Sheet accounts
and make appropriate adjustments.
Handle
daily cash transactions , perform
bank reconciliations , and maintain accurate cash records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance system efficiency.
Support external reporting requirements by pulling accurate financial data from closed periods.
Participate in
special projects
as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of professional accounting experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of
GAAP .
Familiarity with manufacturing accounting (preferred).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in SAP and related ERP systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
