Staff Accountant
Salary Range:
$65,000 – $70,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage cash and general ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role offers a hybrid work environment and requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entry preparation and reconciliation.
Validate journal entries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage daily cash transactions.
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
Collaborate across departments to improve processes and system efficiency.
Prepare financial data for external reporting and participate in special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
1–2 years of professional accounting experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and related software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
