Assistant Vice President | Fund Accounting

Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee quarterly NAV production, financial statements, and portfolio reporting
Review fund accounting packages including valuations, accruals, capital activity, and performance reporting
Partner with fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting packages
Support investor reporting including capital statements, financials, and regulatory filings (Form PF, AIFMD, etc.)
Assist in audit process, tax reporting coordination, and year-end close
Implement controls, processes, and improvements across accounting and reporting workflows
Serve as a technical resource for new products and fund structures
Qualifications
4–8+ years of fund accounting experience in credit, private credit, or alternative investments
Experience with closed-end funds, credit funds, CLOs, or related vehicles preferred
Strong understanding of US GAAP and fair value accounting
CPA and/or Public Accounting background strongly preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
