About the Role
Reports directly to the Controller
No direct reports, but highly visible within the accounting team
Owns P&L, inventory controls, variance analysis, and month‑end/year‑end closes
Serves as the functional expert on financial transaction flow between systems and ERP platforms
Key responsibilities include:
Journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet maintenance
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Internal controls and audit support
Leading physical inventory processes
Driving systems/process improvements and ERP automation initiatives
Travel: Quarterly travel

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in cost/inventory accounting within distribution or supply chain
Strong ERP and warehouse system experience; PeopleSoft familiarity a plus
Advanced Excel skills; detail‑oriented and organized
Self‑starter, agent of change, strong communication skills
