A growing retail organization is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to support inventory and distribution center accounting. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role with strong leadership support.
What You’ll Do
Own accounting and inventory control activities for distribution centers and 3PL partners
Support month‑end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Lead physical inventory counts and ensure warehouse/financial systems stay aligned
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes
Partner cross‑functionally to ensure accurate inventory and expense accounting
Support internal/external audits and contribute to reporting and automation efforts
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
4-7 years of accounting experience preferred
Inventory accounting experience a plus
CPA preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple systems and processes; strong Excel skills
Schedule: Hybrid
Focus: Inventory, DC operations, and 3PL accounting
