Montgomery VPC Team – PIO Team Lead (2nd Shift)
Summary: Oversee PIO installations and processes and troubleshoot installation problems. Lead PIO employees and staff to timely and accurate task completion.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to PIO team members
Ensure the PIO installation procedures and processes are followed
Correct parts issues and any other obstacles to production
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot installation issues
Ensure all team members meet documentation requirements and follow customer installation instruction sheets
Ensure all team members understand customer quality requirements
Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality specifications
Perform periodic audits to confirm accurate and effective installations
Oversee the tool control program for the shift, ensuring accountability and accuracy of tools and materials
Continuously improve accessory installation processes and recommend adjustments
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred, but not required
Certification in accessory installations preferred
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience desired
