Insurance Risk Interviewer
Synectics Inc. is seeking an Insurance Risk Interviewer to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies.
Responsibilities
Complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls.
Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call.
Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
Review and edit information collection during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls.
Log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results.
Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff and management in a professional and expedited manner.
Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual or other special trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.
Work in a production-based and revenue-generating call center.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Life Insurance, Medical Terminology, and Customer Service is preferred.
Attention to detail.
Ability to be on the phone and provide great customer service, as this is a concierge level of service.
Shift/Time Zone Preferences:
7am-4pm CST
8am-5pm CST
9am-6pm CST

Up to $500 for an approved professional certification related to the current position. Awarded 90 days after confirmation of successful completion. One bonus per calendar year.
