Base pay range $52,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
About the role AG is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to support the Controller and Staff Accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.
This is a full‑time (40 hours/week), onsite position Monday‑Friday.
Core responsibilities
Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, etc.
Assist in monthly bank reconciliation processes for multiple bank accounts
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
Support the Controller with special projects and ad‑hoc requests
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Desired Skills / Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
0‑2 years of experience in an accounting role
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
