Senior Accountant
A growing industrial technology company is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to support continued growth by owning core accounting functions and helping build more structured, scalable financial processes. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who values accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Support multi‑state payroll, benefits administration, and related compliance
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate state and federal tax filings and ensure ongoing compliance
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience (industry or public accounting)
Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks experience preferred)
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working closely with leadership in a growing organization
