They are expanding their Client Accounting Services team with an on-site Bookkeeper who thrives on variety, enjoys face-to-face client work, and knows QuickBooks Online inside and out.

What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of small-business clients in QuickBooks Online, maintaining accurate, timely records.
Reconcile bank, credit-card, and loan accounts, post adjusting entries, and prepare month-end statements ready for tax filing.
Clean up historical data for clients with disorganized books, bringing ledgers to audit-ready status.
Meet with owners and office staff (in person and via video) to explain findings, recommend process fixes, and provide QBO best-practice training in plain language.
Partner with the internal tax team to ensure books align with quarterly and annual filings, reducing rework.
Contribute ideas that streamline onboarding, standardize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications (Must Have)
Strong command of QuickBooks Online; current QBO ProAdvisor or willingness to earn certification within 90 days.
3 + years of hands-on bookkeeping for multiple small-business or firm clients.
Demonstrated experience performing cleanup projects, not just routine AP/AR.
Comfort switching between diverse industries and explaining accounting concepts to non-accountants.
Ability to work on-site daily in either Mesa or Phoenix, AZ and travel locally between offices as needed.
Preferred Plus-Ones
Prior experience in a CPA, outsourced-accounting, or bookkeeping services firm.
Familiarity with property-management, medical/dental, or multi-entity accounting.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
Interest in expanding tax knowledge over time.
