Campus-University Recruiter
Location Woburn, MA (100% Onsite)
Type Contract
Pay Range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr (w2; rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Requirements NOTE: MUST have a bachelor degree.
Summary Client needs someone that can manage logistics of working with the universities, and also manage the program internally working with leaders/HR peers to schedule intern events, executive coffee chat sessions, lunch n‑learns, and work with top‑tier universities outside of core campus season to build relationships with onsite groups.
Responsibilities
Promoting the organization as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for designated hiring needs within specific business units
Sourcing and building candidate pipelines for technical and non‑technical roles
Coordinating phone screens and video interviews
Attending campus events and virtual tech talks at targeted schools
Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and partnering through selection and hiring
Collaborating with the HR Global Services team on post‑offer processes through onboarding
Performing additional recruitment duties as needed
Required Skills
1+ years of campus recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co‑op programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence
Preferred Skills
At least 1 year of experience recruiting engineering students, ideally electrical engineers
Exposure to technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries
Experience recruiting graduate‑level students (MBA, MS, PhD)
Familiarity with Handshake or other campus recruiting platforms
Experience working with international students and knowledge of CPT/OPT sponsorship processes
