Responsibilities
Provide members with sound financial guidance for all consumer lending needs.
Evaluate and recommend lending decisions based on established policy.
Assist members in opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD, and IRA accounts.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships to anticipate members' future needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year sales and service experience.
Strong interviewing and listening skills to identify member needs.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
Preferred: Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently and translate.
Preferred: Previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.
