Role Highlights
Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships through networking events, portfolio management, consistent communication, and progress tracking.
Financial Strategy Development: Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance and devise personalized strategies.
Product & Service Consultation: Discuss tailored financial products and services.
Location: In‑office presence required.
Work‑Life Balance: Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time.
Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Personal Attributes: Values‑driven with a track record of success.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others.
Collaboration: Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Training & Development
FINRA Sponsorship for required licenses.
120‑day hands‑on training (PEP).
Virtual University for continuous learning.
Mentorship and personalized coaching with a local Vice President.
Leadership Development School for management‑ambitious professionals.
Professional growth: Pursue CFP®, ChFC, or Equitable’s Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑on Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after PEP completion.
Stable Pay: $27,550 annually, biweekly, for up to 24 months after becoming a 20th Edition professional.
Commissions & Bonuses: Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses beyond stable pay.
Benefits Eligibility: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, transportation reimbursement (TRIP), and other programs subject to terms and conditions.
