What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Maintain the accuracy and consistency of employee and organizational data within HR systems
Generate and maintain recurring HR reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance purposes
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with testing and validating HR process updates and system enhancements
Provide data and reporting support for compensation reviews and workforce planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management, reporting, or HR operations
Experience with Workday required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
