We are seeking an experienced Leave Administrator to manage and support all aspects of leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD). The ideal candidate will bring exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure employees receive accurate and timely support throughout their leave journey.
Qualifications Three years of hands-on experience in Leave Administration, including FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD; a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resource Management, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities.
Strong understanding of federal leave laws and requirements.
Exceptional customer service skills with a compassionate, solution-oriented approach.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Experience working with a Third-Party Leave Administrator.
Proficiency with Labor Soft or similar case-management/tracking systems.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with California Leave Laws (CFRA, PDL, etc.).
Experience supporting union-represented employees.
FMLA/Leave Certification or similar HR credential.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and process all FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD leave cases in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for employees requiring leave support, delivering clear communication and top-tier service.
Partner with the organization’s Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of leave cases.
Utilize the Labor Soft system to track, monitor, and report on leave activity; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Maintain accurate documentation and case files following compliance and audit standards.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Safety, and other internal stakeholders as needed to support case management and employee needs.
Provide guidance on leave processes, timelines, and required documentation to employees and managers.
Salary Details Las Vegas: $66,076 - $95,816
Tucson: $62,772.20 - $91,025.20
