Salary Range:
$46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and vendor payments.
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Process payroll, including wages, deductions, and related tax filings.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Assist in tracking and reporting production costs and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
Prepare monthly financial statements, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal financial policies.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and basic cost accounting concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
Familiarity with fixed asset tracking and depreciation for manufacturing equipment.
Experience assisting with production cost analysis or variance reporting.
