Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. You will build client relationships, leverage the firm’s long‑term investment philosophy, and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients’ priorities and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies that help them achieve goals.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability within the branch.

Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, maintaining registrations and licenses in good standing.

Utilize a firm‑provided branch office and client support network to focus on client relations.

Candidate Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services working with clients, with strong knowledge of investment products and a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC®, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
