Contract-to-Hire We are seeking a
detail-oriented, motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst
to join a high-performing Business Management team supporting investment and wealth management initiatives. This role is ideal for a
recent college graduate
or early-career professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and an interest in
financial services, wealth management, or brokerage operations . You’ll work closely with internal partners across Legal, Accounting, Procurement, and Product teams to support a centralized contracting and business operations function. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how investment and wealth management organizations operate behind the scenes—while building strong foundational business and analytical skills. What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day
centralized contracting and business operations activities
Manage and monitor a shared team inbox, routing requests and coordinating next steps
Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Accounting, Sourcing, Procurement) to ensure contracts and related information are accurate, complete, and on time
Assist with tracking
service-level agreements (SLAs)
and preparing basic metrics and reporting for leadership
Maintain and update contract and business data using tools such as
Excel and Smartsheet
Support process documentation, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives
Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and recap notes
Provide general administrative and analytical support to senior team members
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is
curious, reliable, detail-driven, and eager to learn . You don’t need deep industry experience—but you do need strong fundamentals and a professional mindset. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
Strong
Excel skills
(pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
Experience with
Smartsheet
or similar project tracking tools (academic or internship experience acceptable)
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred (Not Required)
Internship or entry-level experience in
financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or consulting
Exposure to contract management, procurement, or business operations
Familiarity with tools such as Ariba or Visio (or willingness to learn)
Interest in building a long-term career in
wealth management or financial services
