Key Responsibilities For The Controller

Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices to ensure compliance with GAAP and company standards. Partner with operations and manufacturing leadership to optimize cost accounting, inventory management, and production efficiency. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement. Support external audits and maintain strong relationships with banking, audit, and tax partners. Qualifications For The Controller

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role within accounting or finance. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required. Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a hands‑on management style. Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment.
