Staff Accountant
Our client, an established non-profit organization, is seeking a
Staff Accountant
to join their Finance team. In this role, you'll handle financial reporting, grant administration, and support audits for a mission-driven organization making a real impact in the community.
Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Pay: $70k - $75k + sign on bonus
Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, month-end reports, and financial statements
Manage payroll processes and assist with audits
Oversee financial administration of county, state, and federal grants
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of complex budgets, cost allocation, and grant compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook (AccuFund a plus)
