BreakPoint Labs is seeking a Program Manager to manage personnel hiring strategy, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and resource allocation for a DoD Red Team.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support for the centralized preparation of all contract-related deliverables.
Providing financial management support for centralized tracking, analysis, and reporting of all contract-related funding, costs, travel, and expenditures.
Preparing monthly status/progress reports for contract tasks and monthly contract financial reports.
Providing contract tracking deliverables to the COR and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) monthly.
Ensuring all tasks for each labor category under the contract are being accomplished and proper support is given.
Ensuring all TTPs/SOPs and exceptions are properly maintained.
Managing personnel hiring strategy, emergency planning, and security awareness.
Coordinating subcontractor compliance with government requirements and regulations.
Required Experience Duration and Focus
Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the field of DoD cybersecurity or Navy OT&E programs (OR Project Management Professional certification).
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and management.
Experience managing a workforce of 25+ people.
Leadership and Tools: Minimum 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft (MS) officeproducts AND Minimum 3 years of experience briefing senior leadership.
Required Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) [PMI]
Required Security Clearance Top Secret / SCI
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in the Area(s) of Study Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical degree.
