Location – Houston, TX
Hourly rate – $24 - $26
Duration – 12 months

Key Responsibilities
Inspect parts, assemblies and subassemblies to required drawings and prints.
Initiate non‑conformance reports on parts and assemblies not meeting drawing and print specifications.
Ensure manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.
Initiate corrective action requests when adverse quality conditions are repetitive.
Partner with manufacturing management and internal process teams to eliminate causes of quality problems.
Complete, inspect, and distribute all quality records and documents and perform specialized testing as required.
Verify tests as required on all components and completed assemblies.
Work 12‑hour shifts this year to provide 24/7 coverage from Monday to Sunday.
Candidate will start on day shift due to training then move to nights.
Skills & Competencies
Read and correctly interpret prints, drawings and specifications.
Have understanding of defects, problem‑solving skills, or enthusiasm to learn and develop skills in a hands‑on environment.
Have excellent communication skills and ability to be a valuable team player.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced and noisy environment with constant movement.
Regular lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education.
Demonstrate proven experience in a Quality Technician or Inspection role.
Shifts
1st shift: Monday – Friday from 5 am – 1:30 pm.
2nd shift: Monday – Friday from 1 pm – 9:30 pm.
3rd shift: Monday – Friday from 9 pm – 3 am. Must be able to work some weekends.
