Responsibilities
Assist with the management of site plan preparation and approvals, from preliminary plan to bond release
Assist with rezoning and entitlement cases
Assist in the support of production homebuilding, through initial home sales to construction, including preparation of lot fit matrices, house sitings and individual lot grading plans
Assist with the management of legal consultants by compiling, executing and recording legal deeds of subdivision, easements, and the creation of homeowners and condominium associations
Support in the preparation of site development permitting activities for assigned projects
Coordinate homeowner associations (HOAs) and community management consultants, from incorporation to turnover
Attend neighborhood planning meetings to introduce new communities and share development information
Assist with the preparation of community amenity plans for assigned projects
Coordinate contracts with engineering and legal consultants
Actively participate in assigned building industry association chapters and municipal update meetings
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin Companies

College degree or relevant experience preferred
