Position Summary Hands‑on role will be responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of the company performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks relevant to a growing entrepreneurial company on a full‑time basis focusing mainly on the following:
Essential Job Functions
Order fulfillment: Pick and issue parts from inventory for assembly, shop, or sales orders based on Bill of Material or Pick List and ship product to customers using FedEx
Ensure all spinal implant surgical sets are complete and approved by Quality before shipping based on Bill of Material and Quality Standard Operating Procedures
Product receiving: Receive consigned sets being returning from customers
Verify received set contents and bring back into inventory based on Bill of Materials and Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain in‑house records of all instrument kits by system, contents and packing lists performed by checklist or ERP computer data entry
Manage ERP transactions, including outbound orders and returned material transactions
Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping and order fulfillment
Complete inventory cycle counts
Multiple other responsibilities and duties as may be beneficial to Nexxt Spine to increase the revenue and profitability of the company
Qualifications
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self‑motivated and able to self‑prioritize
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and act with urgency
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills are a must
Experience with ERP system preferred
Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments is a bonus
Must have a minimum of a High School diploma
Physical Requirements
Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Hand dexterity for completing spinal implant surgical sets
