Overview The Project Manager will operate remotely for the East Coast team, leading timber construction projects from award to completion. Responsibilities include managing safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives while coordinating with clients and all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and lead delivery of timber construction projects from award to completion.

Achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Define tasks and required resources.

Prepare and manage project budget, schedule of values, progress billing and change orders.

Create schedules and coordinate company resources to meet project deliverables.

Ensure full compliance with project scope and contract terms.

Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, prepare POs and subcontracts, and track delivery milestones.

Track and report on project deliverables.

Lead quality assurance.

Provide onsite construction support.

Present progress, problems, and solutions to management.

Manage project changes and delays to ensure fair compensation.

Accurately estimate changes within contract requirements.

Evaluate and assess project results.

Manage Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager and delegate responsibilities when applicable.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Excellent resource planning and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Procore, and MS Project (or similar scheduling software).

Minimum of 3 years of construction‑related project management experience (required).

Good command of the English language.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in building science, construction management, or engineering (structural/civil focus preferred).

PMP designation or in process of obtaining (optional).

Experience managing projects valued above $5 M.
