Essential Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing installation, project management, or operations leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively
In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
OSHA 30 Certification
Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects
Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops
