Arvato is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of assemblies and inspections, helping us maintain the highest quality standards for our customers. You will be responsible for recording inspection results, supporting the non-conformance process, and ensuring all production meets customer specifications. This is a hands‑on position that requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to quality.
Your Tasks
Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of completion of the assemblies associated with the inspections they perform
Meeting daily quality inspection goals per program
Accurately performing work and completing it in a timely manner
Record inspection information and results onto the inspection forms
Assist with controlling, documenting, processing, and disposition of non‑conforming material, product, or equipment according to the defined non‑conformance process
Ensures correct materials and documents are being used
Ensures final production meets customer specifications
Annotates documentation to ensure traceability of the inspection process
Perform batch record review and coordinate issues with Lead or area Manager
Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy statement and participate in the Quality Management System
When required, data entry
Schedule or Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; overtime as required
Your Profile
At least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing‑type environment
High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of shift. Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift, less than 10 lbs.
