$80K-$100K | 0.01%-0.05% Equity About Wally We’re Wally, a fast-growing start-up building the future of dental care — giving the power back to patients and clinicians. We are uprooting the dental industry with innovative Swiss technology, unlimited cleanings and whitening, and affordable memberships. The result: No more getting drilled by a dentist again. This matters because the majority of Americans want more cleanings, but don't go to the dentist annually (0.7 appointments on average) because of the "drill and fill" model that overshadows the patient experience. Our goal is to provide affordable, proactive care with more engagement (Wally members currently visit us an average 3X per year). We have a growing member base of about 25,000 members in NYC across 5 locations with a goal to reach 100 locations over the next 18 months. To assist in this growth, we are creating a role to support in executing and expanding our foundational operational processes within our NYC market. What will YOU be working on
As the Operations Lead for our NYC market, you’ll ensure our studios run smoothly every day while strengthening the systems and processes that create an exceptional in-studio member experience. You will focus on
Inventory & Supply Management: Ensure studios have the items they need to operate smoothly. Review and monitor inventory levels, manage supply budgets, work closely with vendors, and build systems to improve inventory processes. Facilities, Brand, & Operational Standards: Own and expand operational brand standards, including facility appearance, organization, and consistency across studios. Manage team workflows and coordinate with vendors to ensure every studio meets Wally standards. Equipment Strategy: Maintain the reliability and performance of all studio equipment by partnering with vendors and in-studio teams while implementing proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. New Studio Launch Support: Support new NYC studio openings by coordinating equipment and inventory deliveries, implementing operational systems, and ensuring each location meets Wally’s brand and operational standards from day one. What we’re looking for
