MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Creative Operations to lead the workflow for all digital and social assets, ensuring an omni‑channel approach. This fast‑paced, high‑volume role is central to our campaign and always‑on content initiatives, requiring a strategic and detail‑oriented leader. You will manage the entire creative lifecycle from brief to delivery, ensuring team alignment and timely execution. This involves close collaboration with global creative, marketing, social, and e‑commerce teams on both always‑on content and integrated omni‑channel campaigns across e‑commerce, social media, and paid media.

Key responsibilities include facilitating creative content development and review, ensuring successful design implementation across all digital channels. You will be instrumental in developing streamlined workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and driving stakeholder alignment to ensure efficient, on‑brand, and on‑schedule creative output. As the primary operational liaison between the creative team, cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, the ideal candidate will possess robust project management expertise and a deep understanding of creative operations in the digital world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Management – own day to day operations for social and digital creative: intake, briefing, timelines, routing approval and delivery

Build and implement end‑to‑end workflows for creative projects for fast turnaround while protecting content creation

Connect the e‑commerce, social and campaign calendars, so projects are coordinated and streamlined

Act as primary liaison between Global Creative, cross‑functional partners and external vendors

Manage cross‑functional communication – status updates, roadblocks, next steps and stakeholder alignment

Build and refine processes for fast turnaround creative while protecting quality and content creation

Liaison with external content creators and creatives – negotiating contracts, briefing timelines, reviews and final asset delivery

Manage annual social budget to ensure all creative needs are met between social shoots and outsourced content creators

Organize and lead weekly status, kick offs, creative review meetings with cross functional teams

Manage project timelines and resource allocation through Workfront

Stay current on new creative outputs in AI creation and production versioning

Be a change leader in an evolving environment

Support broader creative projects as the brand and creative evolves

What you will learn (and/or achieve) in the first 6 months:

Build working relationships with key cross functional partners

Manage multiple concurrent projects (all at different stages of product development cycle)

Clear understanding of the campaign and always on creative lifecycle from brief to final asset release

What you will achieve in 12 months:

Identify and build new processes and systems for digital and social workflows

Anticipate team needs + understand how to prepare/flow workload for always on‑time deliverables

Develop working relationships with external vendors and content creators

Assess project risks and process opportunities to initiate action plans as necessary

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day

Light to moderate lifting may be required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard

PROFILE You can/have:

4-7 Years of Experience in creative operations or production (Beauty or Fashion industry preferred)

Experience managing/leading graphic designers through digital or social project lifecycle

Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle a multitude of projects at one time managing timelines and deliverables within target budget

Proficient in project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday, or Asana

Thrives in fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment, flexible, ability to wear many hats at once

Strategic thinker, Agile Partner, Developed Organizational Skills, and Problem Solver

Curious and collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork at all levels of the organization

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Action and result oriented Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as understanding of creative applications like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
