Subcontracts Management Specialist III

The role is part of the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area, a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for high‑performance ISR and aviation systems. As a Subcontracts Management Specialist III you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering subcontracts. You will also administer standard subcontracts agreements such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) Fixed‑Fee throughout the contract lifecycle, lead moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience (higher education may substitute for relevant experience, and experience may be considered in lieu of required education). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (may be required). Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance. Experience working in CostPoint or other ERP systems. Proficiency in oral and written communications. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Relevant certifications (CPIM, CSSP, CPM, etc.).
