Base pay range $86,681.00/yr - $109,650.00/yr

Duties

Client Relationship Management: Interface and first line contact for the DOCCS Dedicated Team and ITS organization, addressing agency inquiries and escalations.

Communication Skills (Verbal & Written): Consistently communicating with internal and external teams, notifying agencies of upcoming changes, clarifying impact, coordinating implementations, communicating new ITS services, and producing executive‑level reports. Includes compiling and updating meeting agendas.

Process Management & Workflow Coordination: Manage the application work‑intake process, oversee the demand process for project‑level efforts, and coordinate PM‑Lite efforts for ITS deployments.

Business Analysis & Impact Assessment: Understand and enter agency business needs and use‑cases into ITSM and monitor technical changes to determine how they might impact DOCCS business environments and day‑to‑day operations. Includes reviewing, researching, and identifying business‑impacting changes.

Problem Resolution & Escalation Management: Field inquiries from agency staff and managers, assist them by finding the correct process or team, and escalated issues as necessary to meet agency needs.

Documentation & Information Management: Maintain agency‑specific documentation and contact information, including distribution lists, VIP lists, financial/business approvers, and application knowledge base articles.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for the client‑agency perspective and needs when new ITS services and initiatives are being considered.

Reporting & Executive Summarization: Produce weekly Agency Reports for executive‑level review, highlighting IT activities across projects, business solutions, change requests, and executive highlights/escalations.

IT System Proficiency: Utilize internal IT systems such as SMART for entry creation, and ITSM for managing new ideas and tracking workflow.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience in project management, including planning and at least three other management process groups: origination (including governance/work intake, portfolio management, capacity/demand planning); initiating; executing; controlling; and closing.

Current certification from the Project Management Institute as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), or development of project management deliverables such as scope statements, schedules, budgets, quality plans, risk plans, and communication plans.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or related field; minimum of five years of recent experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or purchasing; experience leading IT Procurement (SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, professional services contracts); high dollar or complex procurements; technical procurement knowledge; project management skills.
