Overview White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, has been serving customers for over 103 years and is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Crew Managers have prior food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You will join a Certified Great Place to Work where your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more.

Responsibilities

Organize shifts and schedule team members.

Handle cash, manage inventory and perform day‑to‑day financial tasks.

Oversee customer service and satisfaction.

Motivate, lead the team and maintain high energy.

Operate the cash register and drive‑thru, prepare orders and maintain sanitation.

Support the team in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.

1+ years of food service or management experience.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.

Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.

Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.

Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
