Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified Great Place to Work® where your day‐to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.
Responsibilities
Organize shifts and schedules.
Handle cash and process transactions.
Manage inventory and ensure materials are stocked.
Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
Motivate, lead, and develop the team.
Work the cash register and drive‑thru operations.
Prepare orders and maintain product quality.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
Operate fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment.
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum rate listed.
Annual holiday bonus (dependent on company financials).
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30‑50lbs repeatedly.

Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
