Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities

End to end responsibility for depot delivery cost

End to end responsibility for depot delivery customer experience

Harmonizing the depot delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos, BGs and segments

Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX

One team - strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives

Manage global depot delivery partners in collaboration with procurement and Geo focals

Supporting Geos in managing local' independent service partners (partner management framework)

Basic Requirements

10-15 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Requirements

Functional skills:

Proven success in Services org managing Depots

Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data-driven mentality

Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions

Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success.

Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common objective

Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered

Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures.
