Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
End to end responsibility for onsite delivery cost
End to end responsibility for onsite delivery customer experience
Harmonizing the onsite delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos, BGs and segments
Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX
One team – strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives
Manage global onsite delivery partners in collaboration with procurement and Geo focals
Supporting Geos in managing local independent service partners (partner management framework)
Basic Requirements:
10-15 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Requirements:
Functional skills: Proven success in Services org managing Depots
Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data-driven mentality
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success
Ability to build relationships with cross‑functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common objective
Ability to handle multiple, time‑sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures
