What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop a deep understanding of the employer's business and partner sales funnel to monitor strategy health and sustainability
Create and manage centralized tools for data extraction and insights to support daily business management
Design and execute a standard cadence of operations, including forecasting calls and business reviews
Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to model productivity and inform resource allocation
Independently manage project or program plans to support operational processes and stakeholder needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of work experience in B2B sales strategy and operations, partner operations, business analytics, or related fields
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems
Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders
Experience in presenting technical content to non‑technical audiences
Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets for data modeling, with experience working with large data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working cross‑functionally with sales teams and familiarity with sales operations and KPIs
Prior experience in GTM Partner Strategy & Operations
Background in a growth‑stage technology company
Knowledge of Python and proficiency in BI visualization tools like Tableau
