Major Essential Duties
Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the number one goal being to provide an exceptional guest experience and to schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team.
Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.
Proactively contact clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services.
Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and training
Strong customer relations skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries
