Contracts Administrator – Hemphill Exclusive

Your experience with corporate contracts, liability limits, indemnification, guarantees, clauses and obligations, and your high attention to detail will be valuable. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing contracts, MSA agreements, and statements of work while identifying risk, exposure, and key factors outside company standards.
Escalating highlighted items to senior management and working with counsel to ensure all exposures and key factors are appropriately negotiated before execution.
Abstracting and monitoring all contracts to ensure the company complies with every obligation and commitment spelled out in each agreement.
