Position Summary The Talent Sourcing Specialist will strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and measuring sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns for multiple recruitment teams, reporting on sourcing activity and ROI, and providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Partner with talent acquisition leadership and the recruitment team to provide candidate sourcing support for various positions by implementing effective sourcing strategies that use candidate pools, employment data, resume databases, social media platforms, and job advertisements.
Participate in school recruitment strategy sessions and develop sourcing plans in collaboration with talent acquisition team stakeholders, implementing drip marketing campaigns to students and tracking ROI.
Work with facility leadership and clinical representatives to plan and execute physical and virtual recruiting events for strategically targeted schools, including lead capture and logistical support.
Continuously develop new and maintain current candidate pipelines to meet staffing needs, collaborating with Covenant marketing partners to stay abreast of market trends.
Source hard‑to‑find passive talent through a variety of channels, using diverse sourcing tools and techniques, placing leads into campaigns, and forwarding qualified leads to recruiters.
Collect and collate data related to sourcing initiatives and broader reporting for Talent Acquisition needs.
Execute on tactical research, referral generation, recruitment events, and sourcing campaigns.
Build relationships and partnerships with recruiting/hiring teams system‑wide to share strategy, research, and best practices.
Utilize social media and professional networks to source talent, uncover niche platforms, and generate market awareness.
Effectively use recruitment tools such as the ATS, CRM, social media platforms, and niche career sites to identify, market to, and acquire talent, developing SME level knowledge of current ATS/CRM products.
Manage, track, and report on the Employee Referral Program as directed by the Sourcing Manager.
Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards, complete required education assignments annually, and work toward achieving goals and objectives, participating in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other relevant degree, or an equivalent combination of college coursework and full‑time work experience.
Minimum Experience Two (2) years of experience in strategic talent sourcing, human resources, or a recruitment position, with experience using ATS/CRM systems.
