Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Join one of the most respected names in

is hiring a
commissioning manager
to lead commissioning activities on large-scale data center projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for experienced commissioning professionals who understand the complexities of MEP system integration, enjoy field-driven collaboration, and are ready to take ownership of
pre-functional testing, functional verification, and integrated systems testing (IST)
across hyperscale environments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full commissioning lifecycle from design-phase review to project turnover Direct and document
pre-functional and functional testing
of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems Coordinate with PMs, trade partners, and third-party commissioning agents to ensure alignment Lead
integrated systems testing (IST)
and validate system performance per client specifications Manage issue logs and reporting using commissioning software (e.g., Facility Grid, BlueRithm, CXAlloy) Ensure system readiness and generate closeout documentation for owner acceptance Required Qualifications
7+ years of commissioning or MEP management experience on
data center or mission-critical projects Strong working knowledge of UPS, generators, chillers, BMS, switchgear, and fire alarm systems Familiarity with commissioning platforms and issue-tracking software Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interaction Willing and able to travel nationally for extended project-based assignments What’s on Offer
