About the Role Join the Americas Proxxima™ sales team as a Business Development Manager for Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems for composites applications. The role involves sales development, commercialization, and partnering with customers across the composites value chain to drive growth and opportunity.
What You Will Do
Identify new opportunities, drive development, and convert pipeline opportunities to sales for composite applications
Manage sales proposals, follow up on leads, and drive successful outcomes
Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
Maintain and develop customer base and manage via Salesforce
Understand the value in use of this unique resin system and set appropriate pricing strategies
Develop account plans and set strategic direction annually
Attend conferences and trade shows related to composite applications
Conduct monthly reviews to monitor the progress of outstanding proposals, inquiries and new customers
About You Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years in the composites’ industry value chain either in resin/fiber sales to converters, or composite part sales development to end users
Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, technically and commercially proficient in composites products and applications
Strong, existing network of value chain contacts/relationships an advantage
