Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our revenue operations function. This position is responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support through data‑driven insights, streamlined processes, and consistent systems governance.
You will own revenue analytics, reporting, forecasting support, and operational optimization across multiple business units using shared CRM and GTM tooling. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and requires close partnership with senior functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Analytics & Reporting
Design, standardize, and maintain dashboards and performance reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Analyze funnel performance, pipeline health, conversion trends, and customer economics (CAC, LTV, churn drivers)
Provide actionable insights to leadership through recurring reporting, ad‑hoc analysis, and executive reviews
Support forecasting processes, KPI frameworks, and revenue performance tracking
Go‑To‑Market Process Design
Map, document, and optimize end‑to‑end GTM workflows across the customer lifecycle
Improve inter‑team handoffs and operational consistency across revenue‑related functions
Establish shared definitions, lifecycle stages, and reporting standards across business units
Systems & Data Governance
Partner closely with systems and enablement teams to support CRM configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Own the revenue data layer, including dashboards, attribution models, lead scoring insights, and core revenue metrics
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across reporting and analytics
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews focused on revenue performance and GTM efficiency
Drive operational excellence across multiple teams operating within a shared systems environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics within B2B SaaS
Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including advanced reporting
Hands‑on experience with sales engagement or conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, Kixie)
Advanced Excel skills for data transformation, modeling, and analysis
Experience working with BI or visualization tools (2+ years preferred)
Proven ability to optimize cross‑functional GTM processes spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, data models, and lifecycle mechanics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑moving environment with broad ownership
